This one is lain more tho the north-east of seven Canary – it is Lanzarote. This island of Lanzarote forms part of the group of the Canary Islands, which are all seven situated in the Atlantic Ocean. It is said more exactly 140 kilometres western of the coast of Morocco and 1000 kilometres remotely from the Spanish mainland. The capital is Arrecife. Spanish is the official language. The island is part of the EU since 1996. Most of the beaches are common and everybody has access to them. La Graciosa is a very small island neighbouring Lanzarote. You can reach the island if you embark the ferry "El Graciosero" which departs from Orzola. Having arrived at the harbour of Caleta, the only village on the island except for a few less inhabited settlements in the North, you can strengthen yourself in one of the lovely cafés or restaurants of the village.
