Lanzarote – vacation for relax and quietness

Lanzarote is the fourth largest of the Canary Islands located just off the coast of Africa. To me Lanzarote is the islands of the group that holds most attraction. Just as the other islands, it is of volcanic origin. But on Lanzarote there was important volcanic activity during the 18th and 19th century. The arid climate and almost complete lack of erosion has left the traces of the volcanic eruptions intact and the landscape of the island has a touch of a lunar landscape. Island of vulcano – Lanzarote

The island of Lanzarote is different than the other canary isles.It has less tourism, here you can spend quiet holidays. It is a island of vulcanic origin and it is situated in the atlantic ocean. There are 130000 inhabitants, 54000 people live in the main city of Arrecife. Vulcan of Lanzarote In the north of the island is the mountain Penas del Cache, there are no sandy beaches. In the south of the island is another mountain Los Ajaches. The sandy and long beaches are in the south or southwest. At the Blaya Blanca in the south there are hotels, restaurants and bars.
