The beauty of Lanzarote is best to visit during the months from March to July when the weather is constantly warm up to 40° C with hardly any rainy days.

But even the wintermonths are worth visiting because the climate is similar to the european climate in may!

Once you landed you can enjoy the landscape which is decorated with flowers or you might enjoy a bath in the ocean with a lovely water temperature of 20°C.

After having taken a dip in the sea you can take a walk through the beautiful capital of the Island, Arrecife.

The capital contains the only skyscraper on this island, the Gran Hotel which is known for its luxury.

A place you would not want to miss is the park "Parque Islas Canarias" which is the place to be when it comes to festivals, shows and getting to know the inhabitants and hearing the local gossip!

For people who are interested in archeology, there is an archeological museum in the old castle "Castillo de San Gabriel".

The "Calle Castillo y Leon" is ideal for a nice long shopping day and does not leave any open wishes!

For further sightseeing the city offeres the cathedral "Iglesia de San Gines" and the "Parque Muncipal" a park wich contains lots of exotic plants and an amazing variation of plants and trees.
